Exercises

Now we start the elaboration phase of the airport project. For this phase, focus on all workflows related with passengers and luggage (e.g. check-in, boarding, plane dispatching).

1. Discuss possible scenarios in this context.
2. choose three sceanarios and describe them in more detail.

As a starting point for exercise 2 complete the following description. This example can also be used as a template for your own examples.

Example: Check in

The check-in of a passenger includes two related tasks

a) checking-in the passenger

• passenger chooses one of the counters assigned to his flight to check in
• Passenger hands the ticket to the service personal.
• Ticket is checked.
• Possibly passport is checked as well.
